If you like stop motion animation and you are a big fan of LEGOs, then you’re going to get a kick out of this Matrix recreation done with the little bricks.  I’m particularly fond of the Matrix-Time effect.

Can you believe it took 440 hours to make this? Impressive!

  • very nice. Smooth movement, not jumpy at all.

Well, with 440 hours of stop motion work to get 1:24 seconds of film… I wonder what frame rate he was shooting it at? at 15fps that’s averages to about 20mins to setup and take one still frame. Which is still commendable in tryin to time everything from the actual movie to look that way with LEGOs.

    Kick ass work
