I know this because I just finished reading the Star Trek novel, KOBAYASHI MARU by Julia Ecklar, yesterday. Fun little read, and it tells how Kirk, Sulu, Scotty and Chekov all dealt with the the test. The main thing that worries me is how the new movie will look. I was very disappointed when the Enterprise series tried to update the look of the tech prior the original series, and hope that they at lest TRY and keep somewhat of a retroish look to the movie.
