I like him being Skrull much better than him being the real deal back from the dead (or time transplanted to the present). There are some characters that should remain dead, and Captain Marvel is definitely one of them Not that I didn’t like the character, I just think his returned cheapened the original storyline.

I really wasn’t expecting that, i would have thought the sleeper cells would know that they were sleeper cells.

Mogarth: In a way, that is why they are considered “sleepers”. Think the Manchirian Candidate. THey walk around normal until they get activated.
I think the Captain Marvel angle is a red-herring. I’ll research it some and update my Breaking the Skrull Code forum entry by some time tomorrow.

Unless the Skrull posing as Cap is Princess Anelle my high hopes for a certain upcoming issue of Young Avengers Presents has been shot to high holy hell instead…
