It may be true that nothing really happens here - but, on the other hand, that "nothing" happens with a lot of style. Interesting, nostalgic, slightly melancholic. I enjoyed the art a lot; it is not only clear and detailed, but also has some retro style, so adequate for the story. Let's hope it will go on as good as it started. I've read both 12 and SP, and I think both have their merits. SuperPowers looks like it will have a good story, so I think you can forgive the static look of Ross art.
