Cool, what is the continuity in this story?
Seems to be the old Bob Haney squint-a-bit-and-it-kinda-fits-maybe approach to continuity. Flash/Blackhawk, f’rinstance, could fit anywhere on Barry Allen’s timeline, either pre-Crisis or post-Final-Crisis, but there’s a bit of an issue finding a point when the ‘Hawks were operating entirely as ground troops for months at a time.
Not that anyone is likely to treat these enjoyable bits of fluff as worthy of referencing in the future, anyway, even if you =can- somehow shoehorn them into canon (such as it is at DC). Take ‘em like the original B&B (or, better still, like MST3K) and enjoy the ride.
Ah, the old Brave and the Bold team ups from my generation. The chance to have some fun with the “B” list heroes.
