On of the other podcasts I listen to Radio Free Skaro. Has a host Steven who is writing a review of ever episode, not story but episode. From the beginning of Doctor who here http://radiofreeskaro.blogspot.com/ he currently up too the Tom Baker era and writing about Android Invasion part 1 as up 10/25/2009. Its well research and well thought out and for anyone wanting far more detail than you ever really thought was available about the the Classic Doctor Who I think this is a interesting resource. Biggest down side is its a standard blogger template and can be a bit of plan to go through.
