Two More Getting into The Spirit
--by Stephen Schleicher

Variety is reporting two very attractive actresses - Paz Vega (top) and Jamie King (bottom) - have joined the cast of The Spirit.
Vega will play the knife-wielding Plaster of Paris, and King will portray Lorelei, a phantom siren.
I always thought Will Eisner’s women dripped of sex in the pages of the comics, and it looks like Miller is surrounding himself with real life beauties for the movie.

Okay; King has the right face for Lorelei–but why a Spanish actress for a French femme fatale?
(And lemme see here … Ellen, Sand Saref, Silken Floss, Plaster of Paris, Lorelei, and an “Officer Morganstern” … perhaps we’re gilding the lily somewhat? And hell; where’s P’Gell?
Plus, I’m not terribly happy with making DOCTOR Silken Floss, both a nuclear physicist AND a surgeon, into a punky secretary …)

So, cold you not find any pictures of Paz Vega without her nipple exposed, or did you just chose not to?

Actually, after a quick Google Image Search…
No. No, you probably couldn’t find any covered-up pictures of her.

You see a nipple, I see shadow…

To quote the brother from Boomerang starring Eddie Murphy: “That’s a nipple…because I’m drooling.”
