Marvel has announced both Dark Reign: The List – Daredevil and Spider-Woman #1 have sold out at the distributor level and are going back to press.

On Daredevil, Marvel says

Matt Murdock is now leader of the dreaded Hand, but he may not be able to make the sacrifices they require to take control of this dangerous group of assassins! Norman Osborn sends Bullseye to terminate Daredevil, but when DD’s arch foe is done, nothing will ever be the same!

And of Spider-Woman #1

When Jessica Drew is recruited by S.W.O.R.D. agent Abigail Brand and sent to the deadliest corner of the Earth. Spider-Woman finally gets a chance at revenge on the people who ruined her life!

Daredevil arrives October 28, 2009, while Spider-Woman #1 hits store shelves on November 11, 2009. Both comics have a $3.99 cover prices.
