Sooo... 1) Black Cat fails him, because she can't help him as a Superhero 2) MJ saves him, bringing him out of the abyss 3) Aunt May damns him with her death, driving him almost to killing. Also, I'm loving the 'Sensation #41' cover for the ''Deadliest Foes" thing. I'm just thrilled by the idea of these utterly ordniary people all having what Doc Ock, Venom and Green Goblin never had: the potential to destroy Spider-Man.
