What the heck is JFK doing walking around? And why is Jackie O. wearing Uggs? The pic was snapped behind the scenes at the set of Zack Snyder’s Watchmen movie. Even though the first day of principal photography doesn’t begin until September 17, the crew got started early filming this scene where Dr. Manhattan meets the president.
More pics over at the site.

By Odin’s Eye, that’s a creepy good JFK. That’s fine attention to detail considering JFK was in, what one throwaway panel in the book? Are they going to have newspapers with “Redford in 88?” headlines too?
At least 10 seconds of this movie should be faithful to the original comic, then!
I think I read that Snyder said he’s using parts of the graphic novel as the basis for his storyboards, plus the fact that it’s set in the 80s means it’s going to be a faithful adaptation. Whether it’s going to be good, considering how much material they have to cover, remains to be seen
Actually, you’ve all been fooled – Snyder’s top-secret remake of “Hawaii Five-O” is going to blow you all away. (Wo Fat will be CGI, of course.)
