		<description>I still haven't seen Transformers, but I think a Robotech movie could be really cool.  I do happen to be a fan, and remember watching the show as a kid, but not such a fan that I'd consider a movie of the property to be at the level of 'raping my youth'. 

Let's face it, it's called 'intellectual property' with an emphasis on property.  Everything that can be reduced to information is a commodity.  As long as any media can rake in buckets full of cash the 'property' will superced the 'intellectual'. 

Not that I'm above fears of beloved properties getting mishandled as movies:
