With the big announcement still on my mind, I started searching for one of my all time favorite Disney animated movies, and discovered this piece by Lois van Baarle.
somehow disney fanart still creeps into my gallery every now and then. i’m pretty sick right now and this is my ‘comfort art’ to distract me while i’m lying here in bed like a vegetable. a portrait of the little mermaid (ariel) inspired by gil elvgren pinups, although i didn’t reference his work.
