Readers of fantasy novels know Frank Frazetta’s work even at a mere glance, so it should come as no surprise that he’s featured in the Art Appreciation Moment of the Day with this piece of Bran Mak Morn.

  • hermit:

    Frazetta suck.

i’m kidding, i love the guy’s art. i have 2 of his Death Dealer statue, one small on his horse, and one about 18 inches tall leaning against a big axe on a pile of skulls (pretty neat if you ask me).

i also have about 200 jpegs of his drawings and sketches. the best Conan artist ever, closely followed by Cary Nord IMO

  • Wait, you can do that? You can just drop letters out of your last name?

I do love Frazetta, of course. Unfortunately that Death Dealer series that came out in the last year or so was pretty bad.
