New Production Company for Comics and Graphic Novels

Michael Cerenzie and Christine Peters have announced the formation of Cerenzie-Peters Productions specifically created to develop graphic novels, comicbooks, novels, and videogames for the big screen.
The duo will announce their first film later this month; that project will have a first-look at Paramount through Peters’ deal. Cerenzie and Peters told Daily Variety they plan to develop projects similar to Midway vidgame “Area 51″ — which graphic novelist Grant Morrison is adapting for Par with Peters producing — as well as specialty films.
