I'm pretty sure there was a Bongo crossover in the early 90s between the main title, Radioactive Man, Itchy & Scratchy, and Bartman comics involving Itchy and Scratchy escaping the television....

Hi Kirby,
My name is John and I'm the Events and Promotions Coordinator at Metropolis Comics in Bellflower, Ca. To comment on your comment, you are correct in saying that I'm not counting the crossover with Futurama nor do I count the original crossover called "When Bongos Collide!" That was done some 15 years ago.
Both of these were excellent crossovers, but this is the first crossover that is pure Simpsons comics alone featuring nothing but the folks that live in Springfield. "When Bongos Collide" also featured Springfield's favorite "fictional character's comics of "Itchy and Scratchy" and "Radioactive Man." This Crossover features Simpsons Comics, Bart Simpson and Simpsons Super Spectacular! If you live nearby Kirby, I welcome you to come by our store for the signing. I think you and your pop would have a great time!

So I guess they're not counting the two Simpsons/Futurama crossovers. Yes I read Simpsons and Futurama comics (former being first comic I read), so does my pop.
