Those who don’t care that much for Damian are probably gonna get a kick out of the variant cover to Batman and Robin #2.

The cover is by Andy Kubert.

I do, do, do love that cover. Looks very Silver Age-y.
This bugs me. If that happens, Damien is dead. Come on now….
It happens in the movies and people don’t die so why should they die in the comicbooks.
I would actually be kind of pleased if Damian died. He is a bit annoying. While I know it was reviewed really high here, I really didn’t care for Batman and Robin #1 for that same reason.
Looks like another stellar issue by Morrison.
YES!! I can’t wait!
Irrespectful Brat deserves it… “Pennyworth”.
Damien is actually okay… It’s Red Robin that I’m not thrilled about.
Nice work by Kubert the Andrew, there.
He’s really improved his sense of kinetic energy in his art in the past few years.
It would be an interesting podcast topic, “How key artists’ styles have developed and changed in the past 15 years”…
Jim Lee has streamlined slightly into less edges.
Romita Jr gets more unique and “tangible”… feels like 3d specs when I see his art.
Bachalo just gets more confusing
there are plenty others to consider.
