Not enough plot to stand on its own, even with Tim Sale (as usual) providing the back-up, and - unlike their previous work on Batman - not as peppered with scenes blatantly ripped off from Mario Puzo & Francis Ford Coppola, so not as many people were fooled into thinking that it was worth reading. You've heard it said that "There Is No Such Thing As A Good Jeph Loeb Story"? This is that story. Dull, uninspiring stuff.
