Shit, I already have one of the first print, and a variant, I might as well grab the reprint too.
i’m not surprised. there was a huge hype over this book, and it’s very good IMO.
Picked up a first print two days ago while visiting my cs, having not read any of G-Mo’s other batstuff I was able to get what was going on.
@kirby: you were able, or not able?
either way, there is nothing to ‘get’. you just need to know that bruce wayne is dead, that dick grayson is replacing him as batman. wayne had a son with somebody, his name is damian, and he’s now the new robin.
other than being a good story, what else is there? who cares who, why and when all the this happened. morrison is on his medication again, art is great. i’m throwing a ”f’ continuity” at you. :)
It was swell.
@hermit
“Somebody” … Well thats not respectful at all.
@lifeisaglitch
i really don’t read that much of mainstream comics. i try to follow what’s happening by reading various comic website. but to be honest, until issue #1 of this series came out, i didn’t even know bruce wayne had a kid.
so, who is she? damian’s mother?
Damian’s mother is Talia al Ghul.
