Hooray! I was worried
Thank Geek! I was worried I would have to go a whole day without my fix!
although I think now the forums are down
HOOORAY and i who was worried that my geekly dose of weekines might have suffered.
@rodrigo: hehe, this is light turning on a switch in one room, but the light in the other room turns off.
good work stephen. but i’m sad to announce that you have to work on the forum now.
no week-end for you
Yup. The forums are down because they are on another server, and I’ll have to move that stuff over this weekend as well. The good news is, all I have to do is move the database, everything else is ready to go.
Are the forums getting an upgrade to fivums?
i don’t know… having some problems accessing the forum files at the moment. I hope we haven’t lost everything there.
Yeah, them forums do look a little different…
“Normal” being one of those subjective concepts, it should be noted. ;)
The Forums might be alive! ALIVE I TELL YOU!
but not live… yet….
And now the forums are back and live.
If you need to contact me, the majorspoilers mail system is having errors. Contact me via the mindspring account.
Hooray, it’s ALIVE!!! Congrats and kudos Stephen! :)
and with tomorrow being a holiday in NZ I can read the website in the warmth of my home instead of sneaking a peek at work
If you lost all of the Hero Histories, would matthew have needed to start from scratch? or does he have all of them saved?
When is the next Hero History coming out?
The hero histories aren’t part of the forum, so there was no concern about losing those…
Depending on whether my internet provider continues to be eeeeevil our not, we could have one in the next two weeks.
@Steviecool
thankyou, sir,
there is not enough Victor Borge humour around these days.
@Hercules
O__O its not often you get to hear someone throw that name out without being them from Denmark.
Gaaawd i love this site :D
I’m rejoicing to have the site back… there’s only so much Overheard in New York I can read before craving news of pure geekdom.
I am glad that the site is back! When I was on my second deployment I was having major comic book withdrawl and then I stumbled upon this site and when I could get on here it made my days better. Now that I am back in the states for good I am on here everyday or close to it!
