Perhaps this series is more for the die-hard Star Trek fans than those of us who watched all the series over the years and enjoyed them for what they were worth. It should be noted that Paramount apparently considers that series to be canonical, as they've referenced it in the live-action series. If only this comic came with a musical score (like the new birthday cards that play the Star Wars theme) to finish the entire experience. I'm gonna look like a fool reading the book going "Dundun DAH DAH DAH DAH DAH dada DAAAH DAAAAAA!"
