For #4, while I would love to see the Lizard (in the tattered labcoat!), they have painted themselves into a corner somewhat b/c they’ve already done the “Peter’s science mentor is actually an evil villian who fights Spidey and at some point the dual identities converge” thing with Doc Ock in #2. So they’d have to find a new way to do him. I think “Kraven’s Last Hunt” has potential, or even Black Cat (though the trick is to make her seem different from Cat Woman). I read that there was talk of Ben Kingsley as Vulture in #3 pre-Venom, though I think he’d be hard to make a major villian even with an actor of Kingsley’s caliber.
