That's what is so great about issue#73, it picks the overexposure of Wolverine and put it as a plot point.
About Wolverine super immortality powers, I like the explanation of Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk #5 that Wolverine's powers aren't really about healing, they are about surviving, anyway, anyhow.

Can I just say that I'm really getting sick of Wolverine? He's seriously turning into the most overly saturated characterat Marvel if not comics in general. I mean the guy appears in, what, 10 on going comics now with only one of them being any good (Old Man Logan). Come on now Marvel; slow down on the exposure just a little huh?

Not really...Not in the context of how his powers work. What doesn't make sense is where the hell he gets the energy and biomass to heal. Or how Wolverine doesn't go braindead when his body is blown up..Sure his brain is protected by the adamantium skull but how the hell does he still function without the lungs and circulatory system providing him with oxygen. And since neurons do not "heal" how is it his brain hasn't broken down...His amnesia made sense until they ruined that to.

You want the answer? SC!ENCE not Science but SC!ENCE, thats the answer THE AWESOME SPAAAACE ANSWER!

That face ripoff thing was gross. How do Wolvie and Deadpool regrow eyes and shit like that? I know the whole thing is implausible, but thats really implausible. Not without some scarring...
