Review: Dr. Horrible

From the moment Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog hit the intardwebz, fans of musical comedies, with a superhero hook have been in seventh heaven. While there have been a couple of attempts to tell a Dr. Horrible origin story, the official take on the villain’s past can only be found in the pages of Dr. Horrible #1 from Dark Horse Comics.

Kid’s Comic Con This Saturday

This Saturday (April 25), Archie Comics will participate in the Kid’s Comic Con held at the Bronx Community College in New York. The company sent a rundown of its events, complete with the creators signing at the Archie booth.

The Archie Booth
Stop by the Archie Comics booth and meet Dan Parent, Paul Kaminski, Joe Morciglio, Paul Castiglia, Jamal Peppers and Alex Simmons. They’ll be on hand signing autographs and giving away FREE comics, and almost everyone will be doing sketches for FREE!

The Archie Panel
3 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.: All Age Workshop – ARCHIE’S WAY – Join this members of Team Archie (old and new school) as they show how one of America’s longest running icons can be fun, fresh, and educational! New stories, looks, and plenty of surprises.
