Where in the World is Stephen: Part 4

Matthew is getting close to figuring out what event I am attending for one of my other jobs. Today, I thought I’d give you another major clue. This cover from Flash: The Fastest Man Alive features the Flash and Inertia battling it out.
Put all the clues together (and do a Google search if you have to), and I’m sure you’ll figure it out in no time. One should also note the reflections in the windows of the Flamingo are not an accurate portrayal of the surroundings.

Yeah, Vegas Vic is on Fremont Street, whereas the Flamingo is on Vegas Boulevard. But the giant cowboy just screams out Vegas, so they had to have it…
