You have it all wrong!
Look at what he has in his hand. That is obviously a cane with wheels on the end, because he’s a Transformer and needs a wheeled cane. That means his tentacles are actually a white beard. I’m guessing that he transforms into either a Ford Model T or a steamboat. His name must surely be “Whippersnapperus Scrapperion”
“Rise of the Fallen” was only the working title. It’s actually “Transformers II: Rise of the Fallen? They Can’t Get Up!
