Now HERE is a bad penciller. Thunder has the most horrendously ugly costume I have ever seen. My God, what does she do in battle? Pull off her hubcaps and bash the enemy with ‘em?

I think his name is “Skeet” because “Ratboy,” “Fisty,” “Bawls,” and “Montague” were already taken.

Indeed. Again, it’s partly me… The previous penciller had a much more down-to-earth style (especially for the women), and I think it’s partially the transition that’s bothering me. The similarities between the male characters is also odd. Could be I’m having a bad art week.

I like the art style in this issue. My MAJOR problem with the art was in two characters - it took me a couple of minutes to remember Roy is not Boomer II, but they look incredibly alike in this issue - red hair, soul patch, and build, and when you are jumping back and forth in time it only adds to the potential confusion.
